Things to Remember
Here are some helpful things to remember so that your student can have a more successful day at school:
- Even if your child is buying a school lunch, send her or him to school with a snack everyday.
- Be sure that your child brings a refillable water bottle.
- Help your child to make sure that all of their tools in his or her pencil box are ready for the next day.
- Check your child's homework and sign his or her planner so that I know you have reviewed the assignments and folder.

Want to help out?
There are many ways to help out in Second Grade. Parent volunteers are always welcome to help with art projects, class activities, and as chaperones on field trips. If you would like to donate supplies or books, check out the classroom wishlist on Amazon. Your support is greatly appreciated!
